Crisis Housing Solutions has teamed with Community Asset Preservation Corporation, local banks and HUD to rehabilitate foreclosure properties.  The homes are offered exclusively to low- to moderate-income individuals/families at fair market value to help them find an affordable and secure place to call home. The Community Stabilization Initiative helps revitalize communities through responsible home ownership.

How the Program Works…

The CSI team works with local banks to offer affordable housing in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties. The program goals are simple:

• Improve the lives of families by providing a secure and stable home
